|  Congratulations to Frost Elementary fifth grade teacher Katie Whitemarsh. Whitemarsh received a North Star Award earlier this month when Superintendent Hill made the surprise announcement at a staff meeting. Whitemarsh was nominated by Frost Principal Carla Lobos and Assistant Principal Wendi Manthei for her commitment to afterschool programs for students like the Dig 4 Kids volleyball program, First Tee Golf, and math tutoring. She was also nominated for always helping students see the positive side of things when they face challenges in school and life. | |
